Terms & Condition and Policies

This privacy policy is officially maintained by PNY Trainings to promote a learning environment
that does not contradict the code of conduct.

Admission

We reserve the right to stop admission at any time to any course.
Registration fees vary with months, like for (2 months, it would be 2000 rupees), (3 months, it would be 3000 rupees), (6 months, it would be 5000 rupees), and (1 year diploma, it would be 10,000 rupees).
The students who are registered with us can attend seminars at minimal cost decided by the organization at that time.

General

Students who misuse or damage the infrastructure will be charged a fine immediately.
No extra sitting is allowed on campus before and after your classes to maintain campus discipline.
Vehicles are only allowed to park in the designated parking area. it is important to note that park your vehicle at your own risk.

Attendance
Attendance will be marked within 10 minutes of each class.
80% attendance should be required, and project submission and exam clearance are also required to be eligible for the certification.
Certificates will be provided during the certain period completion of course; we will not be responsible for the loss or damage of certificates after that specific duration.
Proxy attendance is strictly prohibited and considered a violation of the policy.
If any student duplicates the certificate, a fine of Rs. 1000 will be imposed.

Freeze or Course Swap

This process is acceptable within the 2 or 3 weeks from the commencement of classes.
If the student freezes or swaps any course, they need to pay in addition to the fee due for the selected course amount (3 months is 3000, 6 months is 6000, and 1 year is 10000)

PNY Trainings Code of Conduct

The following codes are measured to maintain a positive environment around the campus and prevent any violations.

Discrimination

Attendance will be marked within 10 minutes of each class.

We don’t tolerate any aggressive behavior, harassment, or ragging activities on campus

Stalking, sexual harassment, physical assault, and hazing are things that create mental instability in other people's lives. If someone engages in this behavior with any of their fellow students or anyone else on campus, they will be strictly punished by the institution.

• Any other act that endangers human life, or threatens serious physical or psychological injury

Unauthorized Use of Property and Services

During your course, if any student seems to have committed theft, misappropriation, interference with, or damage to any property, strict action will be taken according to the circumstances.

Any unauthorized possession, storage, use, or risk of use of weapons, bullets, explosives, fireworks, or other weapons.

Possession of illegal drugs, alcoholic beverages, or other intoxicating elements is severely prohibited on the premises of PNY Training.

Dishonesty, Forgery, and Misrepresentation:

Providing any false written or oral information or giving any forged documents to the institution is strictly prohibited.

Providing false identification, financial information, or misuse of any official document, record, key electronic device, or identification can’t be entertained well.

Disorderly conduct, including failure to comply with the directions of faculty or staff of the institution.

Deliberately causing or making a false report of an emergency, like a false report of a crime, etc., is not acceptable.

Not allowed to borrow or take unauthorized possession of someone else's identification.

Helping others who are not allowed to enter the premises is also not tolerable.

Misuses of Computing and Technology Resources

The institution sets some standards and rules for the students, which they need to follow strictly.

Unauthorized access to a computing or any technology resource; exchange of passwords is not allowed.

Using computing or technology to harass, threaten, or discriminate against someone is against the policies and will be treated according to them.

It is inappropriate to read or access another person’s emails, files, or communications without their consent.

Helping, forcing, or encouraging other fellows to do something against the violation is really offensive conduct, and punishment will be required.

Any act by a student, alumnus, or student organization that happens on campus or off-campus while representing PNY Trainings is a defilement of the law according to the Pakistan Penal Code or other applicable law. PNY Trainings reserves the right to conduct disciplinary proceedings even if a lawsuit is pending or has been concluded in a court of law. The Institute may also refer any violation of the law to the police or other judicial authorities.
